Estimated Delivery Time

All the orders will be available for delivery within 2 working days once payment has been received. Shipping time will depend on shipping methods and destination. It may be delayed for some reason during the transit process, therefore, the time mentioned below is merely an estimate and it’s not guaranteed.

1.Shipping by HongKong Post Airmail usually takes about 15 days to arrive at your local post office. When the estimated arrival date is approaching please contact your local post office to check on the status of your order. Please contact us if the goods are not received within 30 days from the date when your order or transaction was accepted.

2.Shipping by couriers like DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex and EMS usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive at your location. Please contact us if the goods are not received after 7 days from the date the order or transaction was completed.

Note: 1. When the goods arrive at the country of destination they will be subject to customs and clearance procedures which may cause delays. Please be aware that the estimated shipping time does NOT include the time frame for customs clearance.

2. Online prices do Not include taxes, VAT, or other duties. If there are any costs for such charges, the customer will be solely responsible for these charges but from our experience small parcels usually don't incur any import taxes or duties.
